I Sh. RAJIV BAL Managing Director in M/S. ORCHID OVERSEAS PVT. LTD. duly authorized in the company, vide resolution dated 16/7/2012 to swear the present affidavit on their behalf, do herby solemnly and declare as under:1. That M/S. ORCHID OVERSEAS PVT LTD. is allottee of Industrial Plot No 133 Phase I measuring 1OOO SQ. Meter in industrial Estate Udyog Vihar Gurgaon and after implementation of the project on the plot in question, the industrial unit of Readymade Garment is continuing thereon since. 2. That it is hereby under taken on behalf of Sh. RAJIV BAL that the industrial unit existing on the plot in question shall further continue industrial activity of Readymade Garments manufacturing on the plot in question for a period of 10 Years from the date of approval granted by the competent authority for increase of FAR up to 75%.
