Internationally renowned Gandhian ideologist, philosopher and social reformer Naresh Kadyan badly harassed and mentally tortured by the Administration of Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, Panchkula adopting double standard and bad Governance in KVIB. Please find attached here with the petition submitted before the Lokayukta of Haryana for strict action against responsible officers and relief, natural justice to Naresh Kadyan. It would be pertinent to mention here that at present Mr. Ashok Sangwan, IAS holding the position as Chief Executive in Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, like wise Mr. Pardeep Kashni, IAS passed baseless orders and charge sheets, illegally with held pay and allowances, Sh. Risal Singh Khara, IAS now retired Grievance also issued baseless charge sheet with out applying his minds, Pardeep Kashni : Description nominated Section Officer (Legal and Recovery) for the post of Secretary, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, Anil Dalal, Clerk posted as In Charge at Faridabad on his senior Clerk Madan Lal, in past Sh. Balraj Singh, IAS now retired re designated many officials to other post R.K. Shukla as Development Officer (VI), Hardyal Rathee as TS, Anil Dalal, Clerk as TS etc, very bad governance in Haryana KVIB by these tainted IAS officers, one TSL posted at HQ, another TS (HMP) in field, which kind of Administration, Sh. T.L. Satparkash, IAS asked to other Department to extend the services of retired R.K. Sharma as Member Secretary to Haryana KVIB, where as he deputed R.K. Sharma as MS to KVIB Haryana being an Head of Department to other Corporation.
