ABSTRACT
Schools have the liberty to thrive as a result of strategic planning
emphasizing postmodern thinking. When educators put a plan in motion that is
beneficial for their unique organization and acquire a state of mind which allows
them to see education differently and work innovatively within an educational
setting, students are the primary beneficiaries. Educators and students do not
benefit from a one size fits all approach. Astute educators understand the
importance of multiple truths which instantaneously open educators to a myriad
of success avenues. Educators accept differences within the organization,
instructional strategies, and diverse student needs. Educators must view
educational truths from several perspectives in search of the best practices for
students.
