Guillermo Barretto Provincial Assessor

Greetings!

I am Mario Tan, a resident of Poblacion III, Sta. Maria, Isabela. I have a property at Poblacion III, Sta. Maria, Isabela wherein it is adjacent to Poblacion III, Primary School consisting of 1,800 sqm. as per Tax Declaration No. 12-32-0003-00158. The Sangguniang Barangay of Poblacion III passed a resolution seeking the Municipal Mayor of Sta. Maria Hon. Gilbert M. Masigan for financial assistance for its purchase to be used as expansion for the adjacent primary school. In order to come up with a true and current fair market value of my property I would like to request an Appraisal Report which will be made as a basis for the purchase price.
