COMMENTS AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Meet and Greet policy will be in affect for all visitors and other contractors who enter work area. Utilize JSA as a communication tool. All employees have the responsibility to stop unsa -SEVERE TRIPPING HAZARDS THROUGHOUT ENTIRE LOCATION, KEEP EYES ON PATH OF WORK AND WALKING SURFACES. -VERIFY ATMOSPHERE CONDITIONS. -VERIFY ALL ELECTRICAL CORDS AND EQUIPMENT HAVE A GFI. -BARRICADES SHALL BE MAINTAINED. AT THE END OF EACH SHIFT BARRICADES WILL BE REPLACED AND SECURED FROM BLOWING OVER. -THIS JSP IS TO BE REVIEWED ON A DAILY BASIS. JSA WILL BE WRITTEN SO THAT THE TASKS BEING PERFORMED RELATE TO THIS JSP. ANY CHANGES (ADDITIONS IN TASKS, HAZARDS, POTENTIAL ACCIDENTS AND OR CONTROLS WILL BE PROPERLY AND THOROUGHLY DETAILED ON THE DAILY JSA. THE DAILY JSA AND THIS J TOGETHER. HEAT EXHAUSTION AND OR HEAT STROKE. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS TO STAY HYDRATED. IF YOU FEEL SICK, NOTIFY CREW SUPERVISOR, GET TO SHADE AND CO FOLLOW APPROPRIATE FIRST AID STEPS. IF NECESSARY, NOTIFY EMERGENCY PERSONNEL.
