Running mode
Running mode
AUTO
Automatic operation of the plant: Start Stop Breaker ON/OFF No user interference required.
Running mode
SEMI
Semi-auto means that the unit will not initiate any sequences automatically, as is the case with the auto mode. It will only initiate sequences, if external signals are given: 1. Push-buttons on the display/AOP-2 are used 2. Digital inputs are used (push-buttons) 3. PLC commands. (SCADA)
Running mode

Running mode
SIMPLE TEST
The simple test will only start the gen-set and run it at nominal frequency with the generator breaker open. The test will run until the timer expires.
Running mode
LOAD TEST
The load test will start the gen-set and run it at nominal frequency, synchronise the generator breaker and produce kW. The test will run until the timer expires. Purpose: To test start and stop plus capability of the generator to run at a specific load level.
Running mode
FULL TEST
The full test will start the generator, switch to generator supply and operate in island mode. When the test timer expires, the load is switched back to grid supply and the generator stops. Purpose: To test the capability of the generator to operate with all factory load in island mode.
Running mode
Block mode
When the block mode is selected, the unit is locked for certain actions. This means that it cannot start the gen-set or perform any breaker operations.

Tabs
Overview of this unit. (kW, Amp, phase angle, Hz, V, breaker position, regulator status and no. of active alarms).) Overview of the plant. This mini SCADA shows all the units that are included in the application setup. All the alarms that are or have been active in the system including time stamp, active status and acknowledge status. The trending function gives the operator the possibility to supervise measured values like e.g. actual generator power, current, frequency, voltage and much more. The parameter function allows the operator to adjust parameters and timers, configure text messages and alarms. The input/output window gives the operator an overview of the actual status of all connected inputs and outputs.
The option window gives an overview of the activated options in the unit.
The event log is a very useful window to inform the operator about the last 150 events.
The master language can be translated by the user, e.g. alarm inputs
The plant SLD is created here with breakers, DGs and feeders.

Logs
Retrieve the entire log stack.
For each selected event, there is a list of additional data, which has been present at the moment the event occurred. E.g. the first event GB Close failure happened on 10th January in the year 2007 at 18:54 oclock. The power was 0kW, the generator voltage was 400V AC, the frequency was 49.97Hz and the busbar voltage was 406V AC.
