Shrimp-Stuffed Jalapeños

You will need: About 20 Jalapeños 1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese, softened ½ cup feta cheese ½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped 1 cayenne pepper, seeded and finely diced (optional) 6 to 8 oz. boiled shrimp, peeled and chopped (you can also use lump crab or imitation krab)

Cut Jalapeños in half lengthwise. Removed and discard seeds and membranes. Preheat oven to 400 and lightly grease a baking sheet. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture evenly into the Jalapeños. Place on baking sheet. Bake until peppers are tender, about `20 minutes.
