    Childhood:At age eleven he showed the influence of Bach and Mozart. He started composing at age 11 for a poet named Goethe and he loved his music. His parents were wealthy and his Dad went from banking to smuggling so they moved to Berlin. He had one sister named Fanny

    He played in the romantic time period. When he was sixteen he composed the masterpiece String Octet inspired by Goethes poetry. Then composed a Midsummer Nights Dream when he was just 16.
