Es un emprendimiento de Rockea y la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima que consiste en un concurso de bandas de rock amateurs, integradas por adolescentes y jvenes de la ciudad de Lima

Reconocer y promover el talento joven, as como, contribuir con espacios de integracin y desarrollo de tejido social, especialmente entre jvenes rockeros.
