Durch den modularen Aufbau des MPS-L Systems kann die Anzahl der Chemikalien in 10er Schritten an die jeweiligen Bedrfnisse angepasst werden. With the MPS-L system (liquids) all liquid chemicals that are commonly used in a dye house can automatically be transferred in controlled quantities to a defined destination. Due to its modular structure, the MPS-L system can be extended in steps of ten as required.Circumstances on site can be taken into consideration when installing the modules. A useful option of the MPS-L system is the manual operation, which can be integrated. Filling of the storage tanks via the MPS-L and its pipe system is also possible, at request. The chemical quantities are volumetric measured, using a magnetic-inductive measuring system. A positive displacement pump is installed to transfer chemicals with higher viscosity. The delivered products are pumped through a separate distribution pipe to their final destination.

Eine sinnvolle Option des MPS-L Systems stellt die integrierte Handentnahme dar. Auch die Befllung der Lagertanks ber die MPS-L und deren Leitungssystem ist auf Wunsch mglich. Die Chemikalienmengen werden volumetrisch gemessen. Die Volumenmessung erfolgt mit Hilfe eines magnetisch-induktiven MessSystems. Damit auch Chemikalien mit hherer Viskositt einwandfrei gefrdert werden knnen, kommt eine hochwertige Drehkolbenpumpe zum Einsatz. Die gefrderten Produkte werden durch eine eigene Verteilerrohrleitung zu ihrem jeweiligen Ziel gepumpt.

The MPS-D system (dissolving) is mainly used for the dissolving of dyestuff. The dyestuff, which has been poured into a weighing pan, will be automatically dissolved (program controlled), and transferred to the dyeing machine. The process is absolutely dust-free within a sealed system. Dissolving temperature, time and the water quantity are dependent on the type and quantity of dyestuff.

El sistema MPS-D (dissolving) encuentra aplicacin sobre todo en la disolucin de colorantes. El colorante llenado en un vaso de balanza se disuelve automticamente segn un programa establecido y se enva hacia el aparato de tintura. Este proceso se efecta sin ningn desprendimiento de polvos dentro de un sistema cerrado. La temperatura y el tiempo de disolucin as como la cantidad de agua dependen del tipo y de la cantidad del colorante. La serie del MPS-D comprende recipientes con un volumen entre 100 y 600 litros. La cantidad mnima de llenado equivale a aprox. 1/10 del volumen del recipiente, lo que permite un acondicionamiento ptimo a capacidades variadas de maquinaria. Die Farbstoffe werden partieweise manuell verwogen und in das System eingeschleust. Alle weiteren Schritte bernimmt die Robotik. Auf Anforderung der Anlagensteuerung wandert der passende Wiegebehlter automatisch in die integrierte MPS-D, wo der Farbstoff programmgesteuert gelst und dann der entsprechenden Frbeanlage zugefhrt wird. Der gereinigte Wiege-/Lsebehlter durchluft eine integrierte Trockeneinrichtung und steht anschlieend fr eine neue Beschickung zur Verfgung.

MPS Colourmatic automated system for the dissolving and dispensing of powder dyes. The dyes are weighed manually for each batch and placed in a bin location from where a robot automatically selects the correct pre weighed pans, transporting them to an integrated MPS-D station for dissolving and delivery to the targeted dyeing machine. The cleaned weighing/dis solving pans pass an integrated drying facility and are then available again for a new dyestuff transfer.

La disolucin y alimentacin de los colorantes en polvo se automatizar con el sistema MPSColourmatic. Los colorantes se pesan manualmente, segn el lote por teir, y se llevan al sistema con sus recipientes de pesado. Las dems maniobras se efectan automticamente mediante el robot. A peticin del controlador el recipiente solicitado se coloca en el MPS-D integrado donde se disuelven los colorantes. El recipiente de pesado limpio pasa por una cmara de secado, quedando disponible para iniciar un nuevo ciclo.

In the fully automatic stage the MPSColourmatic controls the complete dyestuff handling from the stock to the dyeing machine. Stockkeeping, weighing, dissolving and dispensing of dyes is integrated in the automatic cycle.

En su versin completamente automtica, el MPSColourmatic se encargar del manejo completo de los colorantes desde el almacn hacia el aparato de tintura. Todas las funciones como la toma de colorante, el pesado, la disolucin o el traslado quedan integradas en el proceso automtico. Un diseo individual, adaptado a las exigencias y condiciones especficas favorecer el desarrollo perfecto en el proceso de produccin.

Mit dem MPS-S System (solids) knnen die in der Frberei gebruchlichen Feststoffe wie Salz oder Hydrosulfit automatisch zur jeweiligen Frbeanlage transportiert werden. In der Grundausfhrung besteht das System aus Feststoffvorratsbehltern, Austragsvorrichtung, Verwiege-/ Mischgef und Druckpumpe. Die Auslegung des MPS-S Systems erfolgt kundenspezifisch und ist vom Verbrauch und der Gre der Liefergebinde (Sack, big-bag oder Silo-LKW) abhngig. Besondere Manahmen wurden getroffen, damit der Feststoff innerhalb des Vorratsbehlters trocken und somit rieselfhig bleibt.

Using the MPS-S system (solids), common powder granulates like salt or hydro usually used in a dye house, can automatically be transported to each dyeing machine. The basic execution includes product storage tank, discharger, weighing and mixing tank, and pressure pump. The design of the MPS-S system is customer-specific and dependent on the consumption and the size of packing unit (sack, Jumbo bag or silo truck). Enclosed protection is provided keeping the products dry and free running.

El sistema MPS-S (solids) transporta de manera automtica todos los productos slidos de uso habitual en la tintorera como por ejemplo sal o hidrosulfito hacia el aparato de tintura de destino. La versin bsica comprende los tanques de productos slidos, un mecanismo de descarga, un recipiente de pesado y de mezcla como tambin una bomba de presin. El diseo del sistema MPS-S se ajustar a las necesidades especfi cas de cada usuario y se rige por los consumos y la presentacin de los productos a manejar (sacos, bolsas Jumbo o camin-silo).
