Doable Solution to Pork Barrel Scam

The solution I can see about the use of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) with the alleged mastermind Janet Lim Napoles regarding the P10-billion pork barrel scam is that they should investigate it thoroughly and question all the names that are being connected with the scandal. They should not give special treatment to the alleged person behind the scam. They owe the public the right to know what happened to the money that was supposed to be used for the public.

The president made a decision to abolished PDAF and now it cannot be anymore the root of corruption and abuse in power of our legislators. The president should allot funds to the legislators for their hard and soft projects not in the form of money anymore but in the form of the supplies needed. If one congressman needs assistance to build better infrastructure in their place, their will be first a application form to be filled up about the said project and supporting documents regarding the said project. Once the project is approved, the materials needed for the project is going to be ordered and delivered to the province. This practice maybe hard to implement because of the practice of PDAF but with strict compliance to this solution, we will see where the funds of the public are really going. Each legislator will only have a limit on their projects which they want to pursue.
