Prima faza Dieta South Beach


In prima faza a acestei diete de slabit eficient si sanatos aveti voie sa mancati 3 mese pe zi
timp de 2 saptamani in care NU aveti voie sa consumati numai alimente care contin
carbohidranti. Este o etapa destul de dificila, insa daca ati hotarat sa va apucati de aceasta
dieta trebuie sa continuati pana sa sfarsit.
Aveti voie sa mancati urmatoarele alimente permise in prima faza dieta south beach:
carne slaba de pui si vitel fara piele, parizer, peste, fructe de mare, oua, branza degresata,
lapte si iaurt degresat, legume: rosii, castraveti, varza, broccoli, telina, ciuperci, conopida,
spanac, mazare, fasole, dovlecei; masline, branza de soia tofu si puteti folosi la mancaruri
ulei de masline.
Alimente care nu sunt permise in prima faza dieta south beach: carne grasa de porc, pui
si vita, mezeluri, paine, orez, cartofi, paste, fructe, morcovi, porumb, sfecla, produse de
patiserie si dulciuri, zahar, alcool ( nici macar o gura).
Dupa aceasta faza, destul de grea va veti dezobisnui de toate obiceiurile nesanatoase, veti
slabi 7 kilograme, iar dupa prima saptamana veti observa ca pofta de mancare dispare. Este
bine sa consumati multa apa si ceai neindulcit pentru a elimina toxinele din corp.
Faza 2 Dieta South Beach
Dureaza aproximativ 2 3 luni. Pe langa alimentele permise in prima faza se mai adauga
fructele ( la inceput un mar pe zi, iar mai apoi portocale si grapefruit bogate in Vitamina C ),
paine de secara si paste din faina integrala de preferat in cantitati reduse. In plus, elementul
supriza este un pahar de vin rosu pe care puteti sa il beti din cand in cand.
Faza 3 Dieta South Beach

Nu trebuie sa va speriati cand auziti ca durata acestei perioade este de toata viata deoarece
organismul vostru va fi obisnuit cu aceste restrictii, insa din cand in cand puteti sa va abateti
de la regim pentru a va satisface poftele. Puteti trece la aceasta faza, abia dupa ce ati slabit
kilogramele pe care vi le-ati propus la inceperea dietei.
Nu uitati, carbohidrantii vor fi interzisi in continuare, doar cu mici exceptii cand nu va mai
puteti tine pofta, insa nu ii consumati zile intregi la rand deoarece kilogramele de care ati
reusit sa scapati vor reaparea.
Totodata nu uitati ca cel mai bun sfat pe care nutritionistii vi-l ofera este sa nu depasiti
numarul de 2000 de calorii consumate zilnic. Aceste lucruri le puteti descoperi intr-un tabel
calorii realiazat de catre cei mai buni specialisti.
