Analysis of Credits Used A title sequence is a presentation of titles, cast members and key productions from television programmes

and/or cinematic films, this is usually presented before or at the end of the main production (film or television programme begins/ends). The title sequence I will be analysing is the horror film named The Unborn (2009)

This is the relativity media company that had produced the film in which I had chosen to analyse the credits of The Unborn. This is the normal case for all films, to have the production companys logo at the beginning.

This tells us who directed and wrote the film and it says David S. Goyer - he is an American screenwriter, film director, novelist, and comic book writer. The director was first as he most likely was the main person of the entire production.

The editor was next, this was the person that had edited i.e. collated and put all the components together. Without the editor, the production may not have been as good. The editor was Jeff Betancourt.

The production designer is the person that is in charge of the overlook of the film, all in all, the little things such as the setting or anything to do with what is in the production, this person was Craig Jackson.

The music within the production was by Ramin Djwadi and this plays a huge part within the entire production whether the music is diegetic or non-diegetic. The music not only set the scene, but also brings about the atmosphere.

This shot informs the viewers whom the production was produced by - Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller. These three producers had a lot of power throughout the production.

All three of these shots inform the viewers who was starring in the production The Unborn. These three characters were the first three characters to be shown and this may emphasise that they were possibly the main characters. They may have been recognised as the main actors because one of them especially - was well known Meagan Good. The film revolved around these three characters mainly.
