(t) Fudo no Kamae --- Cover (two hands), right kick to solar plexus, roll under to left side using legs to throw 9u) to his right, taki ori to finish (3) Do Ude Ori (u) Fudo no Kamae --- Right foot up, left hand lapel grab (t) Fudo no Kamae --- Cover (two hands), pull back and right kick (okay to prop with left hand), waki gatame (uki lands face down) (4) Matsu Kaze (u) Grabs with Kumi uchi (t) Grab ribs on one side and other hand drives fingers into pit of throat, then hip throw. (Note: use circle motion to strike down on arm that grabs lapel then grab ribs.) (5) Do Ryote Nage (u) Grabs with Kumi Uchi (t) Grab side of neck with right hand. Left hand grabs shoulder muscle. Enter on side of shoulder grab to complete hip throw. (6) Ryu Ko (u) Grabs to do cross lapel choke.

Turn neck and raise shoulders - grab elbows and push one up and pull the other shoulder down, do nagare (foot to side holding shoulder).

(7) Do Ashi Gata Start as above, slap and grab both shoulders, jump and do jime, kick (8) Gedan Gake (u) Left ichimonji no kamae --- right punch. (t) Shizen no kamae --- step inside punch, use both hands to block punch and catch arm, kick groin, spin down to left knee, finish with hiji dori (arm bar) (9) Do Harai Gashi Start as above, after kick enter and uchi mata gata. (10) Ude Ori (u) Grabs with Kumi uchi (t) Let uki grab then circle hand under to catch uki's arm (the arm holding the elbow) in Muso dori. Use other hand to punch chest or solar plexus, use punching hand to reach over and catch caught arm's elbow, step back and down to left knee (uki falls face down) (11) Kyu In (u) Grabs with Kumi uchi (t) Let uki grab then circle hand over to catch uki's arm (the arm holding the elbow) with Musha dori, use other hand to punch chest then grab shoulder on side of caught arm, use musha dori to take down and finish. (12) Kimon Nage (u) Double hand lapel grab. (t) Circle both hands outside to inside to strike down uki's arms, grab ribs at the sides, step around and down to one knee to throw, (note: grab base of chest muscle) (13) Do Koshi Nage Start same as above, after double lapel grab, circle and hip throw.

Jin Chu Nage (u) Double lapel grab. (t) Slap down and grab both shoulders, step in and Osoto Nage Gata, Note: After slap and grab, use head butt to face of uki

Do Koshi Otoshi Start same as above but step in for hip throw, once uki is up step out and down onto right.

Koromo Gaeshi (u) Grabs with Kumi uchi (t) Kumi uchi -- step back twice, on second step use palm strike upward to uki's chin, then use other hand to push up other arm's elbow, step through and hip throw (Note: after chin strike, grab that side arm and pull down to unbalance uki.)

Do Osai Komi Start as above, use right hand to do muso dori, step left leg behind uki's left leg and crush uki's left arm.

Saka Otoshi (u) Grabs with kumi uchi (t) Kumi uchi -- grab chest behind lapel, step outside to other side, inside leg kicks outside of thigh, step through to do hip throw, suddenly drop uki onto knee (tori takes on knee down position to actually drop uki straight down.)

Do Kasumi Start as above except after hip throw, drop down (and back to left knee as pushing uki down.)

Satari Nage (u) Grabs with Kumi uchi. (t) Kumi uchi except cover lapel grab palm up-- reach across and grab wrist of hand of lapel grab, catch own lapel (hand under) step back to yank uki's lapel hand free, back leg kicks uki's front leg then ura gyaku to take down, finish with taki ori (tori can use front leg kick, etc.)

Do Gyaku Same as above, after catch, kick groin and ura oni kudaki, spin and down on left knee. Chuden Gata

(1) Fu Un/ Fu Setsu (u) Kumi uchi (t) Left holds obi, right holds lapel (mune). Step back right, left kick to thigh (or knee), step down with left foot between uki's feet, drop to right knee and lift up on obi and pull down on lapel twisting clockwise. (2) Tama Otoshi (u) Kumi uchi (t) Left holds obi, right holds lapel. Step forward right and fudo ken to omote Kimon (chest), step left foot between uki's feet and drop to right knee while lifting up on obi and pulling down on lapel. (3) Ugo (u) Kumi uchi (t) Big sabaki to forward 45 degrees left and left shuto to arm, right hand grabs obi and left hand grabs shoulder. Pull belt and push shoulder to arch back, enter behind uki and sweep both legs. (4) Ran Dori (u) Kumi uchi (t) Catch lapel hand (palm up), other hand down musha dori gata and cover hand down palm up strike to face. Musha dori hand goes under and across to apply Taki Ori. Enter and turn to left knee down to throw and pin with knee. Note: Throw over axis of shoulder (90 degrees to uki's center line.) (5) Tsuki no Wa (u) Kumi uchi -- resists throw. (t) Begins ganseki nage, turn into uki grab shoulder and "kick sweep" for Osoto nage. (6) Kocho Dori

(u) Kumi uchi -- resists throw. (t) Catch lapel hand (palm up) and begin Ganseki Nage, Twist uki's caught wrist down and in to tilt uki forward then sweep kick both legs for throw (any type). Note: use wrist twist to move uki into throw. (7) Kasa Harai (u) Kumi uchi. (t) Kumi uchi -- apply Ogyaku, then catch elbow to lock shoulder. As uki is bent forward, kick opposite thigh and bend arm (reverse Oni Kudaki) to control. (8) Ka Ku Sei (u) Kumi uchi -- Seio Nage Gata. (t) Kumi uchi -- Slap hip and boshiken. Slip lapel hand higher and catch collar, drop with nagarei and pull uki to help drop. Use susojime on the ground. (9) Kasumi Gake Same as #8 through boshiken, then jump around and chin ken to chest, then back flip to tear out chest muscle. (10) Ryo Yoku (u) Kumi uchi (t) Double shoulder grab (thumbs in), double jumping toe kick to belly and back flip (or roll). (11) Utushi Dori (u) Kumi uchi -- Seio Nage Gata. (t) Kumi uchi -- Slap hip and boshiken, jump to front and right slap to belly (jump and slap together), grab belt palm up and left hand grabs shoulder, pull belt and push shoulder as stepping behind to right leg straight and nagarei.
