Nozzle Loadings on Pressure Vessels

Is there a standard pressure vessel coordinate system? Why are nozzle loadings some nozzle loadings described in Fx, Fy And Fz, where as some in Fa, Fc and FL. I have acceptable nozzle loadings in Fa, Fc and Fl for the pressure vessel that I am designing. the stress analysis company (that we have subcontracted to) has given us the nozzle loads in Fx, Fy and Fz and Mx, My and Mz. I want everything in Fa, Fc and FL and MT, Mc and ML coordinates. Can someone please tell me what is equivalent to what? to my understanding....
