Work Plan 1:
Activities 1) The student will write different styles of Poems in the classroom and will finish their work at home if she not finishes in class. 2) Other class assignments. 3)Ask the student periodically if it has questions or doubts. 1) If possible, coordinate an interview with her parents. 2) Talk to other peers and relatives in the school. 3) 1) Interview the Social Worker to get to know if the student has a special condition that needs to be identified for treatment, because at this moment she is not part of the Special Education Program. 2) 1) Design and conduct a specific questionnaire for her, with specific target questions.
Purpose See if the student is doing her homework as the teacher assigned.
Get to know how the student relates with her peers and families.
The students family and other students from her classroom. Teacher candidate. Social Worker of the school. Teacher candidate.
C. Health conditions
Get to know if she has a health condition that is making her be distracted or tired during the class period.
Give the student the option to express how the teacher can be more effective in his teaching techniques with her.
E. Interests
1) The student likes to listen to music, so I will give the assignment of bringing their favorite song lyric. (Part of the Poetry Unit) 2) The students will write their own Lyric Poem. (Part of the Poetry Unit) 3) Follow up interviews with other of her teachers from the ninth grade and her homeroom teacher.
