NPSH available is based on pump centerline. Pump metallurgy shall be per YERP drawing AD-036821. Supplier shall comply with YERP-31-SAMSS-004 centrifugal pumps specification. The drain connection to be piped to the edge of the baseplate. The pump shall be inspected per YERP form 175-310600. The low voltage (460V) motor shall be inspected per YERP form 175-170200. Supplier to refer to pump seal plan drawings 100-YER-PE-PLS-0514/ 5/ 6, API 682 data sheets and HSE Sealing Philosophy Document No. 100-YER-PE-EMG-0002 for requirements. 8. Specified mechanical seals and flush plans shall be confirmed by the detailed engineering contractor (DEC). Changes in seal selection by the detailed engineering contractor (DEC) shall be approved by YERP. 9. Copper or copper alloys shall not be used for any components exposed to the atmosphere. 10. Vent connections are not required for self-venting pump designs. 11. Inpro type VBX or YERP approved equal bearing seals (isolators) shall be provided. 12. Electrical area classification to be confirmed by detailed engineering contractor. 13. Sound level is measured at 1 meter. 14. All pumps shall be installed per API- RP686. 15. The DEC shall review the H2S levels and shall apply NACE MR0103 as required.

44 1. Purchaser approval required for major casting repair. 45 2. Weld procedure and weld map shall be submitted for purchaser review and approval. 46 3. Liquid penetrant or mag particle test is required for all repair welds. 47 4. One pump, selected at random shall be fully witness tested. The remaining pump shall be fully shop tested and test certificates shall be provided. 48 5. Pump and driver mounting surfaces must be flat within 0.025 mm (0.001 in) and must be coplaner within 0.15 mm/m (0.002 in/ft). 49 6. Pump and driver shall be aligned at the factory to within 0.125 mm (0.005 in) TIR. A soft foot check per API- RP686 shall be performed. 50 Foot movement shall be less than 0.05 mm (0.002 in). Test values shall be approved by the purchaser prior to release for shipment.
