P Present Employee Present For The Day
HD Half Day Employee Present For Half Day(4 Hour) & Approved By Immediate Supervisor
EL Earned Leave Leave Approved By The Immediate Supervisor Which Is Earned Leave
CL Casual Leave Leave Approved By The Immediate Supervisor Which Is Casual Leave
SL Sick Leave Leave Approved By The Immediate Supervisor Which Is Sick Leave
Leave Approved By The Immediate Supervisor But Due To Unavailability Of Leaves Will Be
LP Loss Of Pay
Treated As Loss Of Pay
ML Maternity Leave Employee Under Maternity Leave
PL Paternity Leave Employee Under Paternity Leave
O Off Employee On Weekly Off
Employee Working On A Holiday Or On A Regular Weekly Off Day (Managers & Above Are

Employee Leave Not Sanctioned By Immediate Supervisor Which Will Be Treated As
UL Unplanned Leave Loss Of Pay
Employee With 3 Continuous UL Will Be Treated As Absconding From 4th Day, If
Employee Is Still On Unplanned Leave + Employees resigning and not
A Absconding submitting the hard copy of the Resignation letter
Employees We Wanted To Resign + Termination (Asked to leave cases on the basis
of Integrity, fraud etc..)
R Desired Exit
Employees Resigning By Themselves and submitting the hard copies of the
Resignation and full and final papers
UR Undesired Exit
Full and Final Settlement
• All the employees moving out of the system whether
absconding or resigned should submit the full and final
papers to HR for final dues clearance and for PF
withdrawal
