base 1tsp pecorino cheese 1tbsp basil 1tbsp parmesan salt pepper Procedure: 1.saute garlic 2. add white wine 3. add chili and tomato base, pecorino cheese and chicken stock cook for 5 mins 4. add basil, salt and pepper stir in the pasta. serve with parmesan on top pasta suggestion: penneand any short dry pasta.
