As per direction of B.D.O. kaliachak-I I held a field Enquiry on ____/___/_____ at __________ It appears from field enquiry that Mukrema Khatun,D/O.- Md Sajjad Mandal aged_________ is permanently residing at village. Gayeshbary, P.O. Gayeshbary, Gram Panchayet. Gayeshbary under kaliachak police station in the District of malda.

At the time of held enquiry she could not produce any documentary evidence in support of her claimed sub caste. Only local people stated in writing that she belongs to O.B.C. community being sub-caste BOSNI it is recognized as O.B.C. of Government of West Bengal. Certificate may be issued on the basis of the local peoples statement.
