WHAT IS LOW BACK PAIN?


A pain felt in the back that usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine.

Lumbosacral area of the spine.


The most frequent site: 4th and 5th lumbar segment.

Adjust your chair,car seat or anyplace you spend time often during the day

Alternate which arm you use to carry loads such as a pocketbook or child

5)DO POSTURE EXERCISES EVERY DAY TO STRENGTHEN POSTURE

6)AVOID REGULAR USE OF ASPIRIN, NSAIDS (ADVIL, IBUPROFEN, ETC) AND OVER THE COUNTER PAIN MEDICATION
