El Paso County, Colorado Court Address: 270 S Tejon Ave Colorado Springs, CO 80901 In re: The Marriage of: Parental Responsibilities concerning: ______________________________________________________ Petitioner: Jack Hill and Respondent/Co-Petitioner: Jill Hill TEMPORARY ORDERS This matter comes before the Court for approval of the Temporary Orders Agreement reached by the parties. The Court has reviewed the Agreement filed by the parties, their Affidavits with Respect to Financial Affairs, any Parenting Plan filed, Child Support Worksheets, and the case file. The Court finds that the Temporary Orders Agreement is fair, and not unconscionable, and, if minor child(ren) is/are involved, is in the best interests of the minor child(ren), in accordance with the factors specified in 14-10124(1.5), C.R.S. The Court further orders the following: Jill Hills custody of Crown to be contingent on compliance with medically-ordered intervention for mothers depression and daughters developmental delays. Compliance will be monitored by state Dept of Human Services. Jack Hills custody of Fetch and Palin to be contingent on his compliance with court-ordered family therapy, with and without his children present. Jill Hills TRO against Jack Hill is approved for the requested duration and will be reviewed to determine its continued necessity when the term expires.
