In Claudio Serra’s poetry, there is a lyrical alternation between the fixed and the rooted, represented in the tree that transmits a sweet nostalgia, and the free and fugitive, symbolized in the bird, in the air, and the water. Especially in the water. The water of the sea, with the song of its waves, or the water of the river, the cloud, the fog, or the dew that irises and beautifies the sunrises.

I must confess that it had never occurred to me that someone, least of all with Claudio Serra Brun’s artistic Talla, could magnify my instrumental works with roots of Tango, Milonga, and Candombe with his Poems. It is admirable how in each of his Poems he artist, knew and was able, in a Language that is NOT precisely the Tanguístico Rioplatense, adapt, and in an almost Magical symbiosis, achieve, precisely, let’s say... the union of two different branches of Universal Culture is truly FANTASTIC parallelism. I highly recommend then the audition of these Magnificent Works of Master Serra Brun.
