You don't need to think far to understand that each scenario affects the level of loneliness a person feels, depending on the cause of action that triggered the emotion. Likewise, the solution to each scenario can not be universal even though the emotion of loneliness is identical as each scenario needs its own fix to overcome. 

 

Therefore, the ideal approach to identifying your fix is first understanding the basis or the type of loneliness you might be feeling.

 

This might not provide the exact means to overcome loneliness but, it can give you a start for sure!
