Introduction
The correct catering services of all family - a difficult task. Food shall be tasty, healthy, full, and also it needs to be eaten in a pleasant, quiet situation in time. The correct distribution of a money from the budget on purchase of food matters.
But many are concerned by a question whether the healthy and healthy nutrition is combined with public catering outdoors, or only with home-made food? The answer is covered as always in a question. Food of a family shall be healthy and tasty, various and moderately.
Many think that the healthy and healthy nutrition – it is expensive! But it not so. Properly all who at least once thought of it can eat.
There are scientific articles where it is described as it is correct to take from products, that valuable that is necessary for an organism for good nutrition.
The science explains in what combinations and quantities as it is necessary to process products and to take more nutrition value for activity of our organism. And at the same time nobody claims that expensive food is more useful and more necessary, by more available at the price.
Often there are recommendations is cheaper food instead of expensive. For example, instead of high-grade bread - there is bread of a rough grinding. Cottage cheese is advised to replace at least a part of meat which is a full-fledged source of protein. It is also possible to note that you shouldn't rely only on the habits, and experience of the grandmothers and mothers who are so conservative.
Care about health, ensuring its normal activity, cause the necessity to introduce new tastes, forgetting about old. It is correct and good to live, means not only to have all necessary, but also to impart new, correct habits and tastes.
Everyone needs to understand the choice of food, in products, their use. Without it there will be no cultural life, even in case of abundance, not easy to keep the health, working capacity, to grow up healthy children. Especially courage and joy to life till an old age.
Recipes
1. Salad with meat of chicken, pineapple
150 grams of white meat of chicken, 100 grams of pulp of pineapple, 100 grams of lettuce leaves, 50 grams of olives without stone-fruit, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 25 ml of olive oil, black ground pepper, salt.
Meat of chicken to wash out, boil, cool, to divide portions.
The pulp of pineapple to divide cubes. Lettuce leaves to wash, dry, divide hands. Some olive to divide ringlets.
The prepared components to mix, lay out in salad-dish. Oil to mix with mustard, pepper and salt, to shake up nimbus. Salad to water with filling and add on table.
2. Health salad
On 2 fresh cucumbers — 2 crude carrots, 2 apples, 2 tomatoes, 100 grams of green salad, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 lemons.
The washed fresh cucumbers, crude carrots and apples to divide thin portions, and salad leaves on 3–4 parts everyone. All this to mix and fill with sour cream, having added lemon juice, salt, sugar. From above salad to decorate with the tomatoes sliced. Such
