      If you have always dreamed of becoming a writer, you can write your own book and publish it yourself to realize your dream. Self-publishing is the way many writers today choose to release their books to the public. Today’s self-publishing is different from a few years ago, when you had to spend thousands of dollars to publish your own book. Now if you choose a high-quality online self-publishing service, you can publish a book yourself at a price as low as several hundred yuan.

      Publishing is what you need to do after writing a book. It is after the actual writing process. For any writer who is still writing, this is the last job. No matter what you write, if you publish a book and promote it effectively, you have readers, and they will read your book.

      But in the end, the quality of this book will directly affect its success after publication. I think when you publish your first book, writing is at the core of everything. This step may take the most time, energy, inspiration, editing, skills and talents. If you plan to publish your own physical book or e-book, as an author, you will treat it as a job for you. It focuses on and requires efforts in several different areas, but writing is not the most important of them. To successfully publish your own book on your own, you need to be a somewhat omnipotent person. You may be responsible for editing, cover design, printing, and promotion of your book.

      1.1 Decide on the subject of your book

      The first thing you need to do is to understand the subject of your book. One rule of writing is that you should write what you know. If you have a specific genre, then most likely this is what you want to write. Before deciding on the type, please check your interests and the types of books you read. There are many different genres for fiction and non-fiction. Before you start writing a book, plan the content and type of the book.

      When writing a book, you need to have a specific genre in order to be able to sell the book correctly. Some books will cross genre boundaries, such as supernatural phenomena and romance. Some books will fit a specific type perfectly. Readers should be aware of the content of this book so that they are interested in what you have written enough to buy the book. Most readers have types of books that they like to read, and tend to stick to one or two types.

      1.2 Professional breakdown

      One strategy we will discuss is to study a specific field or topic. If your main purpose of writing a book is to increase the visibility or influence of a certain field, and the topic of writing can be a specific market, you may need to consider writing articles specifically for that market. For example, you might specialize in fitness and weight loss topics.

      This strategy has two advantages:

      1 topics you are familiar with are easier to write

      2 Valuable because you are an expert.

      If you choose a topic that you are familiar with, you can speed up the writing process because you do not need to do a lot of research. Moreover, the quality of your writing will usually be much higher than that of doing some basic research and understanding the topic only superficially.

      And since the quality of your writing is usually much higher, readers will pay for it. Your customers will gain real expertise, so they will usually be happy to pay you a higher price.

      You can give it away for free, or sell it at a very low price, so that your books can be distributed in large numbers to increase your popularity. As long as you spread it widely enough, you will get a certain amount of influence. Those who have read your book may become your customers.
