Martha Stephenson

Martha is a chef and a cookbook author. She has had a love of all things culinary since she was old enough to help in the kitchen, and hasn’t wanted to leave the kitchen since. She was born and raised in Illinois, and grew up on a farm, where she acquired her love for fresh, delicious foods. She learned many of her culinary abilities from her mother; most importantly, the need to cook with fresh, homegrown ingredients if at all possible, and how to create an amazing recipe that everyone wants. This gave her the perfect way to share her skill with the world; writing cookbooks to spread the message that fresh, healthy food really can, and does, taste delicious. Now that she is a mother, it is more important than ever to make sure that healthy food is available to the next generation. She hopes to become a household name in cookbooks for her delicious recipes, and healthy outlook.Martha is now living in California with her high school sweetheart, and now husband, John, as well as their infant daughter Isabel, and two dogs; Daisy and Sandy. She is a stay at home mom, who is very much looking forward to expanding their family in the next few years to give their daughter some siblings. She enjoys cooking with, and for, her family and friends, and is waiting impatiently for the day she can start cooking with her daughter.

Introduction

On my very first trip to Disney, I was just a small child. I remember clearly how excited I was for the plane trip to the park, more so then I was for finally meeting Mickey and Minnie mouse. I remember how mesmerized I was as I first walk down main street, which was much smaller back then and how I gazed into the shops with wonder. However, my clearest memory of Disney has always been how delicious the food was. It captivated me in such a way that my mother’s own cooking never was able to compare to it.

When I grew older, I began taking frequent trips to Disney and hence put my taste buds to the test. I can say with confidence I have tasted 80% of all the dishes to be had in the several parks of Disney. Some I loved, some I didn’t. Upon falling in love with the food, I decided to see if I could replicate it from the comfort of my own home.

That is what I hope to teach you throughout the pages of this cookbook. By the end of this cook, I hope I can teach you all of the dishes I have been able to perfectly replicate as well as teach you how to make new dishes inspired by the various Disney movies we all have fallen in love with. By the end of this cookbook, you will discover 25 of the most delicious Disney recipes you can find, you won’t even want to bother with a trip to Disney in order to try them.

So, let’s stop wasting time and get to cooking!

You may recognize this classic dish from one of the most recognizable and popular Disney movies of the century. This is a dish Belle made to impress her guests and now you will be able to impress your own as well.

Makes: 4 servings

Total Prep Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

¼ cup of butter, soft

4 tsp. of all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp. of cornstarch

2 cups of whole milk, cold

Dash of salt

Dash of cayenne pepper

6 eggs

2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 Tbsp. of parsley, minced

1 Tbsp. of chives, minced
