Introduction:
The concept of clean eating became more developed and refined with each move. To refresh your eating habits, clean eating is a good way: it’s about eating less of non-healthy foods—and eating more of the healthiest and best options in each of the food groups.
Clean foods are generally low in salt, fat and sugar. You may increase your intake of whole grains like amaranth, quinoa, millet and brown rice, but it may not be possible all the times. Managing your portions: Having six small size meals every day.
Having your breakfast within 60 minutes of getting up every day
Having 2 to 3 servings of healthy fats each day.
Get vitamins, nutrients, enzymes and fiber from fresh vegetables and fruits.
Having some lean protein and complex carbohydrates with each meal.
Drink a minimum of two to three liters of clean water without fail every day (approximately 13 8oz. cups).
Filling up your day to day diet with foods such as fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts, lean meats, fatty fish and whole grains not just only helps you fighting the chronic disease but provides nutrients supporting healthful cell function as well.
