Esta breve antología de la poeta mexicana Coral Bracho, desarticulada de cualquier pretensión mimética, revela ese momento en que las palabras "les son infieles a las cosas", para ponerlas en ese lugar en donde nacen con el mundo que nombran, como in tocado. La delicada revelación, en su voz, se hace fuerte, precisa; y múltiple como una flecha que se clava en el viaje del rizoma. La palabra no nombra un mundo plano y fijo; se desliza de haz a envés por los sentidos y revela los objetos como inagotables.

Coral Bracho
Mexican poet and translator Coral Bracho was born in Mexico City, where she still lives and teaches. She is the author of several collections of poetry, including Ese espacio, ese jardín (2003) which won the Xavier Villaurrutia Prize. Her poetry was translated for the Poetry Translation Center's 2005 World Poets' Tour by Tom Boll and poet Katherine Pierpoint. Bracho's honors include the Aguacalientes National Poetry Prize and a Guggenheim Fellowship.
