Descripción
Kasumi and Kyousuke are polar opposites when it comes to personality. Kasumi is reserved, soft-spoken and shy; Kyousuke is energetic and has always been popular among their peers. As the saying goes though, opposites have a tendency to attract, and these two have been fast friends since elementary school. To Kasumi, Kyousuke has always been a hero to look up to, someone who supports him and saves him from the bullies. But now, school is over; their relationship suddenly becomes a lot less simple to describe. Facing the world — and one another — as adults, both men find there are things they struggle to say out loud, even to each other.

Thank you NetGalley for allowing me to review this.
I usually don’t write reviews about manga because they tend to have many volumes and that’s a lot of reviews over the same thing, but this one seemed to be a stand-alone volume which is refreshing to read every once in a while.
Two boys that became best friends and find they are in love, but their childhoods prevent them from being together for most of their high school/college life: one grew up thinking it was wrong and the other too broken to give himself the opportunity. I cried (because when do I don’t right?! ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ ) for a good chuck of the story. I was very emotionally invested in this plot — kinda which it would have been serialized but than not (I’m so conflicted 。・°°・(>_<)・°°・。)
The only thing I would say it that I would have liked to know a little more about Kasumi’s profession, we get a lot of that for Kyousuke — than again, that’s my selfish desire.
As far as the artwork goes, I can’t say much since I never really know how to properly describe it besides alluring or odd. I liked it, the main characters are gorg (like when are manga characters not?! ??♀️). I loved the scenery panels.
Trigger: mature content
Overall, this is a cute story.
Overall Rating: 3.5 rounded up to 4
