The owner of this five-acre property near Hanging Rock in Victoria wanted something special — a natural water feature that would seamlessly connect the land with the home. But it needed to be multi-functional, not just aesthetically pleasing, providing fire protection, a habitat for frogs and other local wildlife, as well as somewhere to sit, ponder and cool off.
