Wu Wei versus Awareness: Chi-Full Team, #2
()
About this ebook
Wu Wei versus Awareness to become more conscious of yourself!
The book 'Wu Wei versus Awareness' has been written to build a bridge, for the reader, between the various teachings that this world traditionally has known, but also towards modern science in the form of quantum physics, all of which ultimately point to one and the same direction. That which we call Awareness. Step into this journey and find your own way!
Chi-Full is preferring to work from the connection with the cosmic natural, from that perception all forms of personalization could be seen as distractions or 'authority outside the self'.
For the sake of the development of inner awareness and growth we work and speak as much as possible from an open spatiality.
In this book, the reader repeatedly will find relevant content, wrapped in a different context and sometimes exposed in a slightly different way. This has to do with a stretching of the perception and observational abilities for the reader, which can then contemplate and feel for himself or and how the read resonates inwardly.
As the reader becomes more familiar with these subjects, a form of inner understanding and naturalness can emerge from which there may gradually become an opening in consciousness that will reveal the way to Awareness as of itself.
Because this development is only perceptible for the individual observer, and cannot actually be grasped in words, Chi-Full cannot give any guarantees on results in any form whatsoever. We have done our utmost to convey the content as carefully as possible but are unfortunately limited by having to work with words.
In our books we speak about possibilities, we do not judge, condemn or interfere with that which is carried out by science or expertise in any field whatsoever. We have no opinions on these because we are working from a different perspective.
It is up to the reader to distinguish what knowledge he or she assumes as Truth.

Wu Wei versus Awareness - Chi Full Team
‘Chaotic currents’
Confucius and his students went on a hike in the Liu Liang area, to explore its natural beauty. From a distance they saw a waterfall, so they began walking toward it. They could see that it was huge, and its water fell from such a great height that it splashed down with tremendous force. They could hear a deep rumble and see the mist generated by the splashing torrents. Confucius remarked: That what at the bottom of the fall is so powerful and dangerous that not even fish and turtles can get near it. This is all the more interesting because we usually think of water as their native element.
When they got closer for a better look, they were all surprised by the sight that greeted them. They saw a man in the waterfall being spun around in the ferociously churning water, whipped his way and that by the terrifying currents. Quickly to the rescue!
Confucius commanded. He must have fallen in by accident, or perhaps he is suicidal. Either way, we must save him.
They ran as fast as they could. A moment later, they arrived at the river downstream from the waterfall. They expected to see the man seriously injured or dead. Instead, they saw him swimming casually away from the waterfall, spreading his long hair out and singing loudly, evidently having a great time. They were dumbfounded. When he got out of the river, Confucius went to speak with him: Sir, I thought you must be some sort of supernatural being, but on closer inspection I see you are an ordinary person. How can it be that you were not harmed by the waterfall? Do you possess some special skills?
No, I have no special skills whatsoever
, the man replied. I simply follow the nature of the water. That's how I started with it, developed a habit of it, and derived lifelong enjoyment from it.
This 'follow the nature of the water' - can you elaborate? How exactly does one follow the nature of the water?
Well...I don't really think about it very much. If I had to describe it, I would say that when the powerful torrents twist around me, I turn with them. If a strong current drives me down, I dive alongside it. As I do so, I am fully aware that when we get to the riverbed, the current will reverse course and provide a strong lift upward. When this occurs, I am already anticipating it, so I rise together with it. Although the water is extremely forceful, it is also a friend that I have gotten to know over the years, so I can sense what it wants to do, and I leverage its flow without trying to manipulate it or impose my will on it.
How long did it take for you to make all this an integrated part of your life?
I really can't say. I was born in this area, so the waterfalls have always been a familiar sight to me. I grew up playing with these powerful currents, so I have always felt comfortable with them. Whatever success I have with water is simply a natural result of my lifelong habit. To be quite frank, I have no idea why this approach works so well. To me, it is just the way life is.

Introduction
In This book we present 'Wu Wei', a way of living and a point of view from the teachings of the Dao. 'Wu Wei' is a state of being that can be developed and trained by looking at life in a different way and becoming more and more aware by perceiving what dynamics are playing out throughout everyday life. But also by restoring the connection with your inner world, through observing what is going on in your world (self) and therefore becoming increasingly familiar with your inner dynamics. By broadening your perception, you will automatically discover which corrections you can apply for yourself to make your life run smoother.
In doing so, we make you more aware of the 'Perceiver' or 'Observer' of all this, so that gradually you may return into full Awareness (Dao).
At the same time we involve the modern thinking from the science of metaphysics in this book, so that we can present a wonderful mix of insights for the widest possible audience.
Chi-Full Team invites you, the reader, to look inwardly for a deepening in the invisible and intangible that has no name. It is what we like to name Dao, because in the world of 10.000 things It should have a 'name to speak', but we could also call it Awareness.
I don't do anything.
Life acts through me.
From: The Living Tao, Dr. Wayne Dyer
The insights offered in this book can offer a tremendous challenge, but also an increasing inner freedom in this era. The challenge may lie in discovering the own inner thought patterns relating to daily life, in which it is the mind-programming that usually 'beats the drum' of what is 'appropriate' and what is 'inappropriate' or what is in the category of 'success' or 'failure'. As a result of those kinds of things, nowadays man runs from here to there and we usually get to the question: How are you
, the answer Busy
.
An increasing inner freedom can arise as soon as the workings of the mind are observed, in which obstructing thoughts and feelings can gradually be cleared up because they have no function (anymore).
In our first book 'Chi-Full Living' we have provided various ways to enhance and improve everyday life, with the aim of being able to function as long as possible in good health and well-being in a world moving at full-speed. It is all about inner peace, balance and harmony, that what we people can feel and know as our inner natural state of being.
The practice of what the Chinese have known for centuries as 'Wu Wei' can be a response to many people's desire to return to a
