      FAKE REVIEWS! PAY ATTENTION TO NAMES! Then look at the authors name Constantin Olaru. All of the reviews are saying the same generic, and odd thing which is how short it is but great..or gave lots of info..or great knowledge. Red flag there.. And last red flag was the poor grammar or misspelled wording ... All errors are clearly due to English nor being the native language.. And then every other name is caps..or an odd alias. Bottom line is!! This book is awful!! Waste of time people. Trust me those reviews are from the author. Keep looking

      I was expecting something else. Most of the suggested ways of "manipulation" are something that a kid would do without putting too much thought. If you just want to reach a result for yourself without caring about the consequences then sure that book is fine.. But, If you care about the team or the person you have on the other side and you want to overcome issues as a team then better not follow what this book says.
