    I am pretty sure that by now you must be salivating to try out the amazing Indian Electric Pressure Cooker  recipes in this book and impress your family members and neighbors alike, but I would like you to hold on for just a second!

    Now of course if you are an experience chef, then you already know everything there is to know about the pot. However!
