Where have you been all my life?
You seemed to have snuck up on me.
What made you speak to me?
The beautiful things you say roll off my tongue,
So smoothly.
You are my passion.

You whisper sweet nothings,
And I try not to cry.
You make me smile.
You make me laugh.
You breathe life into me,
When I gasp.

LOVE
An emotion of strong affection
and personal attachment
Love just is . . .
The color red;
Water is not as thick as blood.
You still remember the things he said,
But he chose to treat you like mud.
Your charming stud,
Turned into a dud.
He stood you up,
And then later has the nerve to say what’s up.
He kept you thinking he could still be the one.
After all the things he had done,
He just turned his head.
You he shunned,
And you’re the fool who wishes you were dead.
Now he’s studying med,
And you won’t get out of bed.
Your heart wasn’t getting fed.
