About this ebook
Sonia Bascos Jethani
If you ever find her quiet in a crowded room, it’s not because she’s shy or introverted. It’s because something noteworthy is happening and she’s planning on using it as fodder in her next book. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA in International Business, one would think that this half Indian-half Filipina woman was running towards the corporate life. But after a couple of years in banking and a lifetime in the family business, she had broken free of all ties and to the dismay of the people she’d left behind, set off on a self-proclaimed epic journey of discovery. Her eyes were set to the East; for although progress was in the other direction, her idea of success revolved around its source. After all, it's nearly impossible to find what’s mising without a little backtracking. When the issue of marriage came up, as it always does at her age, Sonia had said that if she was to have a child, the boy or girl would be named Genesis. But just as a blind man cannot lead another blind man to wisdom, she was determined to learn what the world had to teach so that when the time came, she would be well-equipped. Revelations for Genesis is her first book that journals her life growing up in California, her travels to Europe and Asia, and her experiences as she made her way to her current home in New York.
