      If anyone wants to know how ultra successful people have achieved their success this is the book for you! It's fascinating seeing the similar habits that world class performers have used and how anyone can incorporate these habits into his or her own life. This isn't a book to plow through in a few weeks, rather it's a book to savor and read slowly and to absorb the vast amounts of information and insights that it contains.

      Really enjoy the book. If you're looking for an exact how to manual on the topics covered in the book, you are not going to be happy. ToT is more like a cliffnotes distillation of Tim's podcast guests. To that end, it's really quite usable. There are tons of useful tips, exercises and ideas to be found, and thus like a buffet of ideas. This is both awesome and a little overwhelming. After about a third of the book, I seem to have accumulated a large to-experiment list!
