HITLER IS SAID TO BE one of the most influential leaders throughout history, whether or not he is referred to as a dictator. There is something in him that makes people pay so much interest and his story has indeed influenced the world. What is the connection between being a good speaker and being enable to establish the command for leadership? Well, not all people are gifted with the eloquence and leadership altogether. But, there is that truth which connects the doors of being able o speak your mind in the best possible language and the way you could lead subordinates.
Good speakers are able to build that image of dependability. How could you gather people to obey you when they do not even care to listen to what you say?
When you have the command of speech, you have the ability to mold the beliefs and perceptions of others. With this, you could guide them to do what they could in accordance to what you think is correct and you shared those thoughts in the form of advice. As someone they look up to, it would be easier for you to let them follow what you believe in.
Another advantage is that when you are able to express yourself in the form of public speaking, the more you could build the muscles of our self-confidence. Confidence o one's abilities is very important in order for you to be a real leader.
AS A MERCHANT OF OPINION, you have to be articulate as a speaker. His is also a quality that a good leader must possess. When you have these, you would definitely be a person for people.

Meet a coach and seek help
There are people who got really formal education and writing for public speaking, you could seek help from someone you really think would be a person of credibility and experience. With a good coach of your choice, you would be learning lots of new things- which is really good.

It pays to identify your mistakes or flaws but with training for public speaking, you have to condition yourself to a certain level of optimism. This means that when you are on the process of improving more, you need not worry about the errors you make. You have to remind yourself as well that you are doing better each day.
