Welcome to the world of doing it on your own. If you have never had your own touring show before, then you are in for a real adventure there is so much that has to be taken into consideration. In today’s economic climate - coupled with the mass media, e.g. TV & You Tube, you really have a large task ahead of you to try and make money, especially as a magician. If we were dealing with pop groups or the like, the whole project would be much easier.
Many people have tried to be successful with an evening touring show and have failed dismally due to the lack of proper preparation and insight. But, remember that knowledge of the contents of this book alone will not guarantee success. You must also have excellent organizational capabilities over and above a good show.
Having bought this book, you are either a regular in this business who is curious to see what I have written, or you are someone who is thinking of starting your own touring show. For those of you just
