      Introduction

      We have all been there.

      The hall, just outside the interview room. Maybe you are the first one there; maybe the fifth. Not that it matters, because the stress and the fear of what will happen momentarily have got your stomach all tied up.

      Maybe this is your fifth interview in as many days; maybe this is your first. In any case, the power of a book like this is immeasurable if it reduces the number of time you have to go through this process, and that is precisely why we put it together.
