The holidays should be a fun, exciting time that you look forward to every year. Unfortunately, for many, the holidays bring a lot of stress. You deal with holiday parties with friends and family you don’t really like, the stress of overspending your budget, and the fatigue caused by trying to squeeze in too many so called ‘fun’ activities.
Before you know it, your holiday changes from being a fun tradition that you were looking forward to, and becomes a trial that you can’t wait to get through.
