About this ebook
Now that Ginger Fox and her mother are living with the Badgers, life just isn't the same.
Ginger's new badger brothers like to argue. Her new badger baby sister takes up all of Mrs. Fox's time. And Mr. Badger has a lot of rules about keeping the house tidy. That's not how they used to do things back at the Fox home.
Maybe Ginger should live with her father instead. But Mr. Fox travels all the time. And Ginger really likes the new clubhouse she and her brothers built. If only they could keep those mean cats from taking over the clubhouse...
Maybe belonging to a big family has some benefits after all!

Reviews for A Hubbub

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5When Ginger the fox and her new badger brothers begin building a clubhouse, their efforts are stalled by the cat bullies that have taken over. Will having a new stepdad turn from a frustrating list of new rules to a good thing for Ginger? This beginning graphic series would be of interest to a 1st-3rd grader, and especially to one reluctant to move from picture books to chapter books. The art is soft and lovely, and the characters are drawn with clear personalities that still manage to hold their animal selves (while they do walk 'upright', they still are badger- and fox-shaped).Recommended.
