Asset is somebody or something useful and contributes to the success of something. Assets are valuable things. So customers are value and valuables that add value to you, your product(s) and or service(s) success. Valuing or placing value on your customer is not stupidity but not doing so is. Liability on the other hand is the opposite of asset. A disadvantageous somebody or something that holds back or causes trouble for your business. Customers are therefore assets not liabilities.
Servicing your customers through the act of meeting their needs (products or services) satisfactorily guarantee their continuous patronage. I discover whatsoever you do, you are sowing a seed, and seed is bound to germinate one day
