By getting this book you've taken an important first step by investing in your personal growth. Learning how to achieve a proper mindset has the power to completely transform your life in a positive manner.

I've often heard the term what you think, you will become. I find this rings true when thinking in terms of mindset. The term mindset can be defined as an established set of beliefs and attitudes a person has. If you hold more positive feelings and thoughts about developing skills and improving what you're able to do, you'll end up eventually growing your skill sets and improving yourself. That being said, if you have negative feelings and thoughts, then a lot of the bad things you find happening in your life will continue to occur going forward. By having a negative outlook you're effectively stunting your personal growth and limiting your future opportunities.

There are two main kinds of mindsets a person may have. The first, is a fixed mindset. This is a type of mindset where you're under the belief that your talents and abilities are already set and cannot be meaningfully improved. The second, is a growth mindset. This is a type of mindset where you believe that you can always continue to develop and improve your talents and abilities. Before beginning, you should ask yourself which mindset you associate with.
