- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is an excellent book to learn how to make baked goods in general. It contains a lot of information on the baking process and ingredients. The recipes are a great starting point for wherever your imagination wants to go with flavor, spices and add-ins. The only book I’ve found as good or better is Manley’s new expanded book.
