    Excellent short read on the havoc wheat plays on our bodies. Information that everyone ought to know.

    I enjoyed the information and would like to try the program, but it had quite a few typos which was distracting from the content. I would recommend it be proofread and republished as it's hard to accept it as credible if no one bothered to fix errors like meal instead of meat, etc.
