Those are some of the relevant variables to be conveniently recognized in order to project your organization to more advanced levels of development and growth. For this reason, "Total Organizational Development" provides the reader with a neat and concise analysis of the most effective strategies, matured over a century of experience in the management of enterprise, but also scientific knowledge credited for directing organizations to evolution, such as work psychology, economics of transactional costs, economic anthropology and organizational sociology. Not only. While building a simple and effective order between such diverse knowledge, "Total Organizational Development" works as a specific organizational model capable of conveying the potentials deriving from the application of scientific knowledge, wisely using the Web and, in particular, its online design systems, based on freedom of choice, on the recognition of intellectual property and the governance of decision-making processes.
