Introduction
A wise man once said, "God gave us memory so we may have roses in December". Our past, whether bitter or sweet, is a precious foundation from which our character was built upon. The very dreams that drive us forward were cultivated on the same soil from which we fell on to knees.
It would be a lie to say that no one made a mistake but great mistakes hide great opportunities. No successful people would ever be where they are now without thanking the errors that made them strong. Truly, the wisdom that we gained from our past is a blessing worth sharing. However, it is not without its flaws.
A person’s ability to remember is limited and an unhealthy lifestyle would only make it more prone to deterioration. But worry no further as today we shall discuss everything that would increase the efficiency of your brain, improve your memory, and keep you safe from the scenarios that would otherwise endanger your ability to think.
Thank you again for downloading this book and we hope that you will enjoy it.
