The book is well written and can easily be relatable to the characters even though the heroine does come across as a doormat in some parts of the book

Reading these books are akin to eating m & m's. Lots of different colours but the same chocolate in the inside. The hero wasn't a COMPLETE jackass and the heroine was only slightly trampled on instead of the usual skin flaying some of these authors like to write about.

I only completed his book because I was halfway through it when it became utterly dull.

Good book. Hero is a bit prideful, but quick to turn around. The kind of hero you can like.

Different turn from other Lynne Graham books I have read, no blackmail theme and the hero (I use that term to identify the lead male character, not because he is a true hero or prince of a guy) had to take the blame for the pregnancy (no spoiler, see book cover). Couple had been together for 2 years before things started to cumble. It was refreshing that the heroine had her own business interests, even though she remained naive about about so much. It was crazy that the heroine, even as young as she was, never took issue with the hero that she didn't meet his family or friends.

Classic Lynne Graham, her books are what the rest of Harlequin writers wish they could write.
