Chapter 1 Making Sense of It All
Fast living, smoking habits, alcohol consumption, illicit drug use, the intake of nutrient-depleted, fat-laden food, and the now popular, caffeine-injected—energy?—drinks are causing a downward spiral into the morass of destructive moral and social behavior.
Chapter 2 Super-charge Your Body with Power Standing
Step #1 – Power Standing, which is the Dynamic Application of Internal Awareness (DAIA), gives you amazing, internal stress release by helping you to access your inner core, tapping into an area that can positively affect your overall well-being, prevent stress from taking hold, and give you perpetual mental-physical rejuvenation.
